Questions

The things clinics ask first

Where does my patient data live?

Encrypted, with a full record of who opened what and when. Every clinic’s data is walled off from every other clinic’s.

Can I get my records back out?

Yes, whenever you like. Notes export as PDF and your patient list exports as a spreadsheet. They are your records, not ours.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. It’s month to month, and you cancel from inside your own settings without having to ring anybody.

What happens after the 14 days?

You pick a plan and enter card details to start, but nothing is taken for the first 14 days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing at all.

Do my patients need to download anything?

No. They book, sign consent, see their exercises and pay in a normal web browser, on whatever phone they already have.

Is my clinic too small for this?

Solo is built for one clinician working alone. Everything in it is the same software the bigger practices get.
